出國留學(xué)申請書怎么寫篇一

二、申請大學(xué)

三、申請簽證
出國留學(xué)簽證就是在一個人所持的護(hù)照或旅行證件上簽注（蓋章），或貼上一張標(biāo)簽，蓋章或標(biāo)簽帶有清晰的說明文字，指明持有人進(jìn)入該國的事由、允許停留的時間、或通過其領(lǐng)土前往其他國家的許可。一個人如果想出國旅行、定居或者留學(xué)、結(jié)婚等，除了需要持有護(hù)照以外，還應(yīng)該持有相應(yīng)的簽證。護(hù)照是持有者的國籍和身份證明，簽證則是主權(quán)國家準(zhǔn)許外國公民或者本國公民出入境或者經(jīng)過國境的許可證明。簽證一般都簽注在護(hù)照上，也有的簽注在代替護(hù)照的其他旅行證件上，有的還頒發(fā)另紙簽證。如美國和加拿大的移民簽證是一張a4大的紙張，新加坡對外國人也發(fā)一種另紙簽證，簽證一般來說須與護(hù)照同時使用，方有效力。對外國人，一般均是根據(jù)申請者的身份和入境目的發(fā)給不同的入境簽證，如旅游、探親、移民、留學(xué)、工作等簽證，并限制入境后的居留時間。因簽證種類不同，要求提供的有關(guān)材料也不一樣。一般對以短期居留為目的的申請限制較少，等待批準(zhǔn)的時間也較短。對以長期居留為目的，申請則限制較多，待批的時間也較長。一個國家沒有允許外國人無條件入境的義務(wù)（有條約者除外），一個外國人也沒有要求一國政府允許他入境的權(quán)利。一個主權(quán)國家對外國人入境永遠(yuǎn)是有條件限制的。近些年來，隨著國際貿(mào)易、國際政治關(guān)系的發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)的興旺，許多國家的簽證規(guī)定趨于簡化。各國之間也有互免簽證或簡化簽證手續(xù)的協(xié)議。
簽證的有效期，是指從簽證簽發(fā)之日起到以后的一段時間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)許入境，超過這一期限，該簽證就是無效簽證。一般國家發(fā)給3個月有效的入境簽證，也有的國家發(fā)給1個月有效的入境簽證。有的國家對簽證有效期限制很嚴(yán)，如德國只按申請日期發(fā)放簽證。過境簽證約有效期一般都比較短。
簽證的停留期，是指持證人入境該國后準(zhǔn)許停留的時間。它與簽證有效期的區(qū)別，在于簽證的有效期是指簽證的使用期限，即在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)持證人可出入或經(jīng)過該國。如某國的人、出境簽證有效期為3個月，停留期為l5天，那么，這個簽證從簽發(fā)日始3個月內(nèi)無論哪一天都可以入、出該國國境，但是，從入境當(dāng)日起，到出境當(dāng)日止，持證人在該國只能停留15天。有的國家簽發(fā)必須在3個月之內(nèi)入境，而入境后的停留期為1個月；有的國家簽證入境期限和停留期是一致的。如美國訪問簽證的有效期和停留期都是3個月，即在3個月內(nèi)入境方為有效，入境后也只能停留3個月。簽證有效期一般為1個月或者3個月；最長的一般為半年或者1年以上，如就業(yè)和留學(xué)簽證；最短的為3天或者7天，如過境簽證。
工作簽證，是指申請國國籍之外的申請人及外籍人士向申請國使館申請的，并且是受雇于申請國認(rèn)證的正規(guī)機構(gòu)。工作簽證是可以進(jìn)入申請國國境之內(nèi)進(jìn)行工作的許可證，這是有法律效力的，非移民性質(zhì)的證件。如果是留學(xué)生，畢業(yè)后不同的國別申請的工作簽證類型也不一樣。英國留學(xué)生畢業(yè)后只能申請三類工作簽證：即第二層級簽證、第五層級臨時工作簽證和第一層級（畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者）簽證。

in my undergraduate program, i received education across two fields—a degree program in law at the law school of x university and a degree program in psychology at x university. my rigorous academic trainings across those two fields have given me necessary qualifications for pursuing a more advanced program either in psychology or in law, endowing me with a unique advantage in interdisciplinary knowledge.
as far as i am concerned, law and psychology are reciprocal. they all pertain to human behavior. as a matter of fact, my thesis in law, entitled “ xx “ explores juvenile delinquency by examining the complicated psychological factors of the younger generation of china in family, school and neighborhood settings. however, there are essential differences between them. in terms of the causal relationships of human behavior, law is primarily concerned with the treatment of the consequences of human behavior while psychology probes into the motivations that cause people to act as they do. in the framework of human relations, law aims at orderly and well-regulated social relationship while psychology, with its interventions into the process of human development, seeks to facilitate the healthy development of the inspaniduals.
