①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián)部門的工作流程，通過與規(guī)劃技術(shù)部，工程經(jīng)營部，土地部等相關(guān)部門的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術(shù)可行性到造價合理性及施工場地允許性等一系列問題的解決。
②其他相關(guān)單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計、財政、規(guī)建處、建設(shè)局等相關(guān)部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關(guān)單位的溝通使得更好的服務(wù)于工程建設(shè)，有效的保證工程施工過程造價增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設(shè)的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設(shè)計單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位、試驗檢測單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位與總包單位的關(guān)系。同時還要處理好與施工單位的關(guān)系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關(guān)系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關(guān)系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關(guān)系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對施工活動認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督管理之外，對其施工中的實際困難應(yīng)盡其所能給予幫助解決;對施工技術(shù)上的問題要當(dāng)好參謀，對于施工單位的合法利益應(yīng)給予保護(hù)。
2.通過有效管理，推進(jìn)項目又好、又快開展
①加強對監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過程中應(yīng)以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資控制負(fù)責(zé)。同時嚴(yán)格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實施細(xì)則執(zhí)行，配齊相關(guān)人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會的召開。
②加強施工單位管理。
(1)對施工管理，施工單位是在工作流程上、質(zhì)量控質(zhì)、進(jìn)度控制上主要執(zhí)行者。因此加強對施工單位的管理一定程度上起到了質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度流程等管理。特別是對項目經(jīng)理的管理，要求項目經(jīng)理按合同、規(guī)范及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行，在施工過程中要求施工單位應(yīng)對分包單位在技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)行管理。
第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開展工作。
我從項目現(xiàn)場管理工作已有六年，在這六年里，我積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗，熟悉了行業(yè)法規(guī)，能夠游刃有余的開展工作。工作六年來，我精通了業(yè)務(wù)，具備了創(chuàng)新的能力并具有一定的組織管理能力。我掌握了項目部各項工作的管理流程。在工作中能夠做到兼顧大局，較為妥當(dāng)?shù)奶幚砉ぷ髦械母鞣N問題。在各種情況下，都能夠完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項工作任務(wù)。

二、加強合同管理和過程控制。在項目實施的全過程中，嚴(yán)格以施工合同為依據(jù)，對項目的造價、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面控制。具體，在施工階段，及時對已完工程的工程量進(jìn)行審核，按合同簽付工程進(jìn)度款;加強工程簽證的管理，減少合同外支出;加強竣工結(jié)算的審核工作，控制工程造價。按照經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)的施工進(jìn)度計劃，對施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查，及時采取措施糾正進(jìn)度偏差，保證工程進(jìn)度。抽查工序施工質(zhì)量，參與隱蔽工程驗收和分部分項工程驗收，組織竣工驗收，保證工程質(zhì)量。
三、加強成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動態(tài)控制原理，在項目實施的各個階段，分析和審核投資計劃值，并將不同階段的投資計劃值和實際值進(jìn)行動態(tài)跟蹤比較，當(dāng)其發(fā)生偏差時，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項目實施在確保項目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項目的經(jīng)濟性，使項目總投資控制在計劃總投資范圍以內(nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對工程概況相似的工程進(jìn)行建造成本對比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)。
四、加強工程檔案管理。加強工程檔案的管理是一切工作能夠順利開展的前提，我將制定工程檔案管理制度，以每一棟為對象，按檔案性質(zhì)分門別類進(jìn)行保存，編制目錄以方便查找。
五、加強項目部內(nèi)部的建章建制工作，學(xué)習(xí)其它部門先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責(zé)任、權(quán)力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。

第一、熟悉郵政業(yè)務(wù)，了解國家法規(guī)和郵政規(guī)章，具有一定管理能力。這主要得益于，一是三次在校學(xué)習(xí)的機會，郵電技校、郵電職工中專校、郵政電大，通過在校系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)，掌握了比較扎實的郵政業(yè)務(wù)知識。二是參加工作以來，大半時間都在生產(chǎn)第一線，20xx年走上管理崗位后，在不同的崗位上，積累了一定的管理知識和經(jīng)驗。

三是要走在全局工作的前面，把所負(fù)責(zé)的工作按條塊梳理展開，以經(jīng)營工作為中心，根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際制定自己的工作計劃，對待工作要分工明確，做到責(zé)、權(quán)、利清晰。在實際工作當(dāng)中既要當(dāng)指揮員，為下屬想招數(shù)，出路子，在處理一些較重要的事務(wù)中又要當(dāng)戰(zhàn)斗員，充分調(diào)動下屬的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，為全局各項工作的開展奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
四是在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的威嚴(yán)度和親和度上，找到與下屬交往的切入點，協(xié)調(diào)好內(nèi)外關(guān)系，以德服人、以才量人。增加工作的透明度，做工作有計劃、有落實，有檢查、有抽查。做到可越級檢查而不越級指揮，可越級匯報而不越級請示，形成政令暢通的良好局面。
五是要以人為本，充分調(diào)動職工的積極性，針對目前郵政服務(wù)對象層次普遍提高的情況，對職工加強業(yè)務(wù)知識、營銷知識、理論知識多層面培訓(xùn)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)。搞好員工的技能練功，提高員工的技能。激發(fā)員工的愛崗敬業(yè)精神，使得人人有危機感、緊迫感、責(zé)任感，培養(yǎng)出一只素質(zhì)高、業(yè)務(wù)精，有向心力、凝聚力、善于打硬仗的職工隊伍，來圓滿的完成全局的各項工作目標(biāo)。

今天把大家召集到一起，舉辦新進(jìn)人員崗前培訓(xùn)班，一方面，使大家了解一下我們醫(yī)院的概況、醫(yī)院文化以及有關(guān)規(guī)章制度;另一方面，對大家進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)知識和醫(yī)療服務(wù)的初步培訓(xùn)。這既是一次難得的學(xué)習(xí)機會，也是大家相互認(rèn)識和了解醫(yī)院的機會。你們的到來，使我們醫(yī)院這個大家庭又增添了新成員、補充了-新血液、帶來了新希望。我代表院黨委及全院干部職工對你們表示熱烈的歡迎和祝賀!
首先，向大家介紹醫(yī)院基本概況。**醫(yī)院始建于1946年，至今已走過了60余年的歷程，經(jīng)過幾代人的不懈探索追求，醫(yī)院從小到大，從弱到強，從一所簡易戰(zhàn)地醫(yī)院發(fā)展成為菏澤市規(guī)模最大的一所集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、預(yù)防、保健、急救和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)于一體的大型三級綜合性現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院，是山東大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、泰山醫(yī)學(xué)院研究生培養(yǎng)基地，是濟寧醫(yī)學(xué)院、泰山醫(yī)學(xué)院、濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院、菏澤醫(yī)專、菏澤家政職業(yè)學(xué)院的臨床教學(xué)基地，擔(dān)負(fù)著**市八縣二區(qū)九百五十萬人民及鄰近省、市部分群眾的醫(yī)療保健任務(wù)。
醫(yī)院占地面積60畝，建筑面積12萬m2，現(xiàn)擁有總資產(chǎn)6.88億元，固定資產(chǎn)3.19億元，開放床位1300張。年門診量60萬人次，年住院病人4.5萬人次，手術(shù)1.2萬人次。今年上半年門診量34.8萬人次，住院病人23180人次、手術(shù)6493例，其中腔鏡手術(shù)246例，放射介入手術(shù)720例，心臟介入手術(shù)303例。全院現(xiàn)有在崗職工1384人，加上今天參加培訓(xùn)的在座的同學(xué)們，在崗職工規(guī)模將達(dá)到1632人，其中高級職稱253人，中級561人，博士研究生4人、碩士研究生134人?，F(xiàn)有兩人享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼，46人為省專業(yè)委員會委員，8人為碩士生導(dǎo)師，13人為市級專業(yè)技術(shù)拔尖人才。
醫(yī)院設(shè)有34個臨床科室，20個醫(yī)技科室，23個職能科室?，F(xiàn)擁有省級醫(yī)療質(zhì)量示范科室1個(血液內(nèi)科)，市級醫(yī)療質(zhì)量示范科室4個(血液內(nèi)科、消化內(nèi)科、口腔科、普外二科)，優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)示范科室16個。
為全面提高醫(yī)療工作質(zhì)量，醫(yī)院采取多種方式更新和增加醫(yī)療設(shè)備，現(xiàn)擁有64排螺旋ct、1.5t超導(dǎo)磁共振、全數(shù)字化乳腺機、瓦里安clinac23ex15兆電子直線加速器、x線刀、瑞士羅氏pp全自動生化分析儀、美國產(chǎn)數(shù)字減影系統(tǒng)、大型c臂血管造影系統(tǒng)、數(shù)字放射攝影系統(tǒng)等萬元以上醫(yī)療設(shè)備400余臺(套)，為醫(yī)院快速發(fā)展插上了高科技的翅膀。
醫(yī)院堅持科技興院的發(fā)展之路，先后開展的冠狀動脈造影成形及支架放置術(shù)、心臟搭橋術(shù)、內(nèi)鏡下逆行胰膽管造影術(shù)(ercp)、骨髓移植術(shù)、單克隆抗體臨床應(yīng)用、門靜脈高壓癥的各種分流手術(shù)、髂(肋)骨移植治療下頜骨腫瘤及缺損等新技術(shù)均達(dá)省內(nèi)同級醫(yī)院先進(jìn)水平。近3年來，我院共獲得省、市科技進(jìn)步獎39項，其中省科技進(jìn)步三等獎1項;市科技進(jìn)步一等獎1項，二等獎23項，三等獎14項;獲省、市重點立項科研課題2項，發(fā)表論文200余篇，主編、參編醫(yī)學(xué)專著13部。
醫(yī)院堅持以病人為中心、以質(zhì)量為核心的辦院方針，不斷強化內(nèi)部管理，深化醫(yī)院改革，堅持全程化優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)，以一流的技術(shù)、一流的設(shè)備、一流的服務(wù)、一流的管理服務(wù)于社會，贏得了社會各界的廣泛贊譽，連續(xù)多年被省、市衛(wèi)生主管部門評為先進(jìn)集體、精神文明先進(jìn)單位。我們要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚這一優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，全心全意為廣大群眾服務(wù)。
其次，是“”發(fā)展規(guī)劃和遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃?！啊睍r期主要發(fā)展目標(biāo)：醫(yī)院擴建，按照三甲醫(yī)院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在老校區(qū)建成20萬平方米的門診、急診、醫(yī)技、科研、病房綜合大樓，力爭用五年的時間醫(yī)療用房達(dá)到25萬平方米，開放床位增加到3000張;5年內(nèi)引進(jìn)臨床各專業(yè)博士30人，臨床各專業(yè)及藥、護(hù)、技、檢等專業(yè)碩士300人;病區(qū)由36個增加到72個;各臨床科室技術(shù)達(dá)到全市一流水平，爭取3-5個專業(yè)邁入省級重點學(xué)科行列;五年內(nèi)年門診量達(dá)到100萬人次，出院病人8萬人次，各類手術(shù)4萬臺次，醫(yī)院年業(yè)務(wù)收入突破10億元，進(jìn)入全省地市級醫(yī)院中等偏上行列，其它醫(yī)療、檢查、護(hù)理任務(wù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到“三級”甲等醫(yī)院要求，整體提升衛(wèi)生事業(yè)水平，為**人民群眾的身體健康保駕護(hù)航，初步形成蘇魯豫皖四省交界地區(qū)醫(yī)療服務(wù)高地?！笆濉逼陂g，在東區(qū)征地1000畝，再建設(shè)20xx張床位規(guī)模、以康復(fù)保健、老年病、慢性病治療為主的分院。
最后，對大家提幾點希望。從學(xué)校來到醫(yī)院，從一名學(xué)生成為一名醫(yī)務(wù)工作者，這是你們?nèi)松牡缆飞系囊粋€重要轉(zhuǎn)折、一個嶄新起點、一個寶貴機遇，為了幫助大家走好這人生的關(guān)鍵一步，盡快地融入醫(yī)院這個大家庭，適應(yīng)各自的工作崗位，成為一名合格的醫(yī)院職工，我向大家提出三點希望：即“三愛”、“三學(xué)”、“三負(fù)責(zé)”。
一、珍惜來之不易的就業(yè)機會，做到愛醫(yī)院、愛崗位、愛患者。
醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)是一項特殊的事業(yè)、一項崇高的事業(yè)。正是有了一代又一代前輩的無私奉獻(xiàn)和頑強拼搏，我們的醫(yī)院才有了今天的蒸蒸日上，特別是你們趕上了醫(yī)院建院以來的巨變時期――新綜合病房大樓已投入使用，“”發(fā)展規(guī)劃和遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃宏偉藍(lán)圖已制定，醫(yī)院將進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展的時期，就醫(yī)環(huán)境將會越來越好。可以說，醫(yī)院今天的發(fā)展成果來之不易，希望同志們珍惜今天的就業(yè)機會，切實做到“三愛”，一是愛醫(yī)院。我靠醫(yī)院生存，醫(yī)院靠我發(fā)展。這是我們?nèi)焊刹柯毠さ墓沧R。希望你們像愛自己的家一樣愛我們的醫(yī)院，時時處處維護(hù)醫(yī)院形象、維護(hù)醫(yī)院利益。二是愛崗位。大家經(jīng)過一段時間集中的培訓(xùn)后，將走上各自的崗位。崗位沒有大小，不分好孬。希望你們把崗位當(dāng)成職業(yè)，把職業(yè)當(dāng)作事業(yè)，立足崗位做貢獻(xiàn)，讓你們的人生價值在崗位上閃光，為醫(yī)院的發(fā)展努力發(fā)揮聰明才智。三是愛患者?；颊呤俏覀兊囊率掣改浮；颊呤亲钚枰覀冏鹬睾完P(guān)愛的人。因此，我們要用真心呵護(hù)患者、用愛心溫暖患者、用熱心幫助患者，讓他們感受到家一般的溫暖。
二、盡快轉(zhuǎn)變角色，加倍努力學(xué)知識、學(xué)服務(wù)、學(xué)做人。
大家從學(xué)校畢業(yè)后并不意味著學(xué)習(xí)的終結(jié)，仍要學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)習(xí)、再學(xué)習(xí)。一是學(xué)知識。要勤學(xué)、善學(xué)、會學(xué)，通過學(xué)習(xí)，打好基礎(chǔ)，掌握本領(lǐng)。當(dāng)務(wù)之急是學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)、學(xué)技能，打牢扎實的業(yè)務(wù)功底。通過學(xué)習(xí)，達(dá)到由擁有文憑向擁有能力轉(zhuǎn)變，同時要由階段學(xué)習(xí)向終身學(xué)習(xí)轉(zhuǎn)變，在學(xué)習(xí)中快速轉(zhuǎn)變角色、提高素質(zhì)。二是學(xué)服務(wù)。醫(yī)院是服務(wù)性行業(yè)，醫(yī)院的生存和發(fā)展一靠技術(shù)、二靠服務(wù)，學(xué)習(xí)知識的最終目的也是為了服務(wù)于病人、服務(wù)于醫(yī)院、服務(wù)于社會，同志們要切實樹立以病人為中心的服務(wù)意識和病人至上的理念，學(xué)習(xí)為病人服務(wù)的技術(shù)，一切為了病人，一切服務(wù)于病人。三是學(xué)做人。要成為一名合格的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者，首先應(yīng)該學(xué)會做人，要有愛人如己的胸懷，要有待人誠信的行動，要有樂于奉獻(xiàn)的精神。要向老同志虛心學(xué)習(xí)、請教，還要學(xué)會與同事、同行的合作，不自以為是、不盲目自大，形成和諧、融洽的人際關(guān)系，以團結(jié)形成合力，以合力共謀發(fā)展。
三、切實樹立責(zé)任意識，時刻牢記為患者負(fù)責(zé)、為自己負(fù)責(zé)、為醫(yī)院負(fù)責(zé)。
我們面對的服務(wù)對象是正在承受疾病折磨的患者，工作中稍有疏忽，就可能會造成差錯，我們工作1%的失誤對于患者來說就是100%的損失。因此，大家務(wù)必樹立起“責(zé)任重于泰山”的意識：一是為患者負(fù)責(zé)。醫(yī)療護(hù)理行為是把雙刃劍，措施得當(dāng)，可以治療疾病、促進(jìn)康復(fù);措施不當(dāng)，反而加重疾病、損害健康。所以，我們要以對患者高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神，認(rèn)真對待每一位患者，做好每一項技術(shù)操作，把小事做細(xì)，把細(xì)事做透。細(xì)節(jié)見證品質(zhì)，細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗。把每一件簡單的事情做好就是不簡單，把每一件平凡的事情做好就是不平凡。二是為自己負(fù)責(zé)。俗話說，沒有規(guī)矩，不成方圓。作為醫(yī)院的一名職工，都要遵守醫(yī)院的規(guī)章制度和操作規(guī)程。我們醫(yī)院已經(jīng)修訂了一套完整的《規(guī)章制度》，裝訂成冊后發(fā)給大家，希望同志們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，嚴(yán)格遵守。同時，在政治上要嚴(yán)格要求，服從院黨委的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，積極參加團組織或黨組織生活，在醫(yī)院各項活動中施展你們的才華，為醫(yī)院爭光添彩。三是為醫(yī)院負(fù)責(zé)。醫(yī)院是我家，發(fā)展靠大家。院興我榮，院衰我恥。希望同志們從現(xiàn)在起，樹立起主人翁意識，把自己的前途和醫(yī)院的命運緊緊地連起來，積極為醫(yī)院的建設(shè)和發(fā)展獻(xiàn)計獻(xiàn)策、貢獻(xiàn)力量。
當(dāng)前，醫(yī)院已進(jìn)入二次創(chuàng)業(yè)期，全院干部職工正在同心協(xié)力，迎接前進(jìn)道路上的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。希望大家在未來的工作中，以“仁愛、敬業(yè)、精進(jìn)、務(wù)實”的院訓(xùn)為指導(dǎo)，學(xué)知識、長本領(lǐng)、出成績，早日成為一名合格的醫(yī)院職工，為醫(yī)院的健康、和諧、快速發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)!
