工作時(shí)太拼命不注意自己的身體,你這是試圖去檢驗(yàn)面試官的智商啊!拋出這樣一個(gè)答案,對(duì)方要么覺(jué)得你不能正確認(rèn)識(shí)自己,自我意識(shí)差;要么覺(jué)得你不認(rèn)真,故意耍小聰明。
最好說(shuō)的是缺點(diǎn),但是對(duì)你接下來(lái)的工作影響不大,甚至可以順便帶出一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。我的缺點(diǎn)是不會(huì)拒絕別人,同事找我?guī)兔Γ家桓艛埾?,結(jié)果有時(shí)會(huì)影響自己的工作進(jìn)度,這就是陳述的缺點(diǎn)。
描述優(yōu)點(diǎn)必須與應(yīng)聘職位相匹配,并有事實(shí)依據(jù),做好被追問(wèn)的準(zhǔn)備。
